Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, sale items, gift cards, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at upcountryoutdoors.shop@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

To start a return request, email us at upcountryoutdoors.shop@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the issue.

Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve reviewed your request and whether a refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
